MINUTES CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 10, 2016 of the comments and concerns heard from residents. McGraw stated that all of the comments will be compiled and addressed by the Council and City Staff. He also thanked the Ramsey County Sheriff s Department and Little Canada Fire Department for participating. Montour thanked the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department for holding their Hot Dog with. a Deputy event in Little Canada at Pioneer Park on August 8th. He stated that it was their best event yet and 400 hot dogs were served to residents. CONSENT McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: AGENDA RESOLUTIONNO. 2016-8-130 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS *APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORAR Y LIQ UOR LICENSES FOR ST. JOHN'S CHURCH *APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORAR Y LIQ UOR LICENSES FOR LITTLE CANADA RECREATIONASSOCIATION *THE EXCESS GENERAL FUND TRANSFER *ISSUANCE OF TIF SHORTFALL NOTES FOR SHERMAN & ASSOCIATES *PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. II FOR FPI PAVING FOR LITTLE CANADA ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT *PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 4 FOR HARDRIVES, INC. FOR 201 S STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. SOCIAL MEDIA The City Clerk stated that the City is in the process of drafting a social POLICY media policy, and has made the agreed upon changes to the draft policy after the workshop discussion. She stated that it will be sent to the City Attorney for review. McGraw asked if Staff saw this policy as an evolving document or something that is etched in stone. The City Clerk stated that it will evolve as social media changes, and as the City changes how involved it is in social media, and what social media it is participating in. She stated that the overall expectations of City Staff that are addressed in the policy are something that will likely not change much. 2
