MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 10, 2016 <br />of the comments and concerns heard from residents. McGraw stated that <br />all of the comments will be compiled and addressed by the Council and <br />City Staff. He also thanked the Ramsey County Sheriff s Department and <br />Little Canada Fire Department for participating. <br />Montour thanked the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department for holding <br />their Hot Dog with. a Deputy event in Little Canada at Pioneer Park on <br />August 8th. FOR 201 S <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SOCIAL MEDIA The City Clerk stated that the City is in the process of drafting a social <br />POLICY media policy, and has made the agreed upon changes to the draft policy <br />after the workshop discussion. She stated that it will be sent to the City <br />Attorney for review. McGraw asked if Staff saw this policy as an <br />evolving document or something that is etched in stone. The City Clerk <br />stated that it will evolve as social media changes, and as the City changes <br />how involved it is in social media, and what social media it is participating <br />in. She stated that the overall expectations of City Staff that are addressed <br />in the policy are something that will likely not change much. <br />2 <br />
