MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 24, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24`x' day of <br />August, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Torn Fischer <br />Council Member Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />ABSENT: Council Member <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Planner <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Associate Planner <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />City Clerk <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES Torkelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-8-134 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE AUGUST 10, 2016 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCE- Fischer stated that he wanted to thank the Parks & Recreation and Planning <br />MENTS Commissions for all the work they do, and noted that they are doing a great <br />job for the City. <br />
