<br />Recommendation – <br />It would be staff’s recommendation that based on the application materials submitted that the <br />Conditional Use Permit for Mr. Davis at 3115 Labore Road for a second detached accessory structure <br />be approved subject to: <br /> <br />1) A certificate of survey will be sumbitted or evidence by locating property corners will be <br />required at the time of the building permit application to verify that the new accessory structure <br />complies with setback requirements. <br /> <br />2) That within 30 days from the completion of the new accessory structure the existing shed is <br />removed from the property. <br /> <br />3) That the accessory structure complies with all applicable building code requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />CC: Mr. Davis, Property Owner <br /> City Planner, City of Vadnais Heights <br />
