<br />Ordinance 803 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />824.030. OPERATION LOCATION. The applicant shall specify in what location he desires to <br />operate. He shall include in the application both the street address and the legal description of <br />the property. The license when issued, shall be limited to the area described. No license shall be <br />issued unless the property upon which the business is to be conducted is zoned I-P, Industrial <br />Park. The Council in arranging for the approval of the Conditional Use Permit and application, <br />shall set up such restrictions as to manner of operation, location of emergency vehicle storage, <br />limitation of number of emergency vehicles, protection, fencing or screening of the grounds <br />devoted to the use and any other provisions or requirements that may be deemed advisable by the <br />Council in order to preserve the best appearance and to prevent complaints from neighboring <br />property owners. <br /> <br />824.040. RESPONSIBILITY OF OPERATION. Any licensee hereunder shall be held <br />responsible for nuisances emanating from his operating and he shall not permit debris, wreckage, <br />emergency vehicle parts, dismantled emergency vehicles, or any other kinds of waste or debris <br />from his business to be deposited on any public or private property or on his own property. <br />Licensee shall provide parking area within the confines of his private property to accommodate <br />the motor vehicles of customers so that parking in the area of his place of business will not <br />constitute a traffic hazard or a neighborhood nuisance. <br /> <br />824.050. NOTICE OF REVOCATION. The Council may upon ten (10) days written notice, <br />require the licensee to show cause as to why his license should not be revoked if he fails to live <br />up to the provisions of this Chapter or to any special provisions required by the Council at the <br />time of the issuance of the license. Upon failure to show cause the licensee's rights may be <br />terminated by the Council. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 900, <br />Section 918.040 of the Little Canada Municipal Code by adding the underlined material and <br />deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />918.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in Section 921 of the Zoning Code.) <br /> <br />H. Emergency Vehicle Sale/Storage Lot with Ancillary Outfitting Services, provided that: <br /> <br />1. Outside sales of emergency vehicles is not allowed on the property. <br /> <br />2. Customer reviews of emergency vehicles will be conducted completely off-site. <br /> <br />3. The emergency vehicles kept on the property are limited to those for sale or awaiting <br />outfitting service and are kept in an approved storage area that is paved.
