<br />Little Canada Zoning Ordinance General Provisions <br />903-18 <br />City may independently determine that the emission of noise constitutes a public <br />nuisance and may abate such nuisance pursuant to City Code. <br /> <br />N. Refuse. Passenger automobiles, station wagons, trucks, trailers, boats, recreational <br />vehicles, and other vehicles which require license, but which are not currently licensed by <br />the state, or which are because of mechanical deficiency incapable of movement under <br />their own power, parked or stored outside in violation of the City Ordinance are <br />considered refuse or junk and shall be disposed of. The piling of junk in yards in all <br />residential districts shall be considered to be a non-conforming use and shall be removed <br />within a period of three (3) months after the effective date of this Ordinance. This does <br />not intend to prohibit the legitimate and timely restoration of antique vehicles. <br /> <br />O. Exterior Storage. All materials and equipment except as provided for in Sections 905 <br /> through 920 of this Ordinance shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not <br /> to be visible from adjoining properties. Screening may consist of a wood or vinyl fence, <br /> masonry wall or landscaping meeting the requirements of Section 903.020.G. Required <br /> screening must be installed to a height of between six feet and six feet-six inches to <br /> provide visual screening along the length of the storage area from the adjacent property. <br /> <br />The following diagram and table describe the locational standards that apply to all <br />residential parking and exterior storage: <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 903-2a Residential Storage Diagram <br />
