Supplement the east boundary of the storage area with additional spruce tree plantings <br />to complement the residential screening, and ensure that future changes off-site do not <br />compromise the effective screening of the outdoor storage. <br /> <br />4. Add landscaping to the north boundary along the storage area to buffer the view of the <br />storage area from the non-commercial land uses in that area. <br /> <br />5. Supply additional information relating to truck traffic to the site to ensure that the traffic <br />levels will not raise issues for surrounding traffic and land uses. <br /> <br />6. Provide sign and design information related to the proposed signage to verify <br />compliance with sign ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />7. Address erosion issues along the north boundary, working with the City Engineer. <br /> <br />8.
