MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 14, 2016 PUBLIC HEARING — ORDINANCE 803: TEXT AMENDMENT TO CITY CODE CHAPTER 800 AND CHAPTER 900, SECTION 918.040 TO ADD EMERGENCY VEHICLE SALE/STORAGE LOT WITH ANCILLARY OUTFITTING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Clerk stated that at the last Council meeting, the Council approved adding a text amendment and a conditional use permit for a new business. She explained that text amendments are completed by ordinance, so this is the formal action and public hearing required to adopt an ordinance to add emergency vehicle sale/storage lot with ancillary outfitting services into the City Code sections for outdoor storage and as a conditional use in the I -P, Industrial Park zoning district. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Montour, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was closed. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: SERVICES RESOLUTION 2016-9-146 -ADOPTING ORDINANCE 803, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 800 AND CHAPTER 900, SECTION 918.040 TO ADD EMERGENCY VEHICLE SALE/STORAGE LOT WITHANCILLARY OUTFITTING SERVICES TO THE CITY CODE.
