MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 10, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of <br />March, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Torn Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Bill Buesing <br />Mr. Al Davison <br />Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />Mr. Jeff Heil&e <br />Ms. Jennifer Schletty-Flores <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />Chair Duray noted that Commissioner Steve Ledin resigned from the <br />Planning Commission on March 7, 2016. <br />MINUTES The February 11, 2016 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />2600 SPRUCE The City Planner reported that Kevin Tramm Construction has submitted a <br />STREET request for a subdivision to split the property at 2600 Spruce Street into <br />SUBDIVISION — two single family parcels. He stated that the property is presently one <br />KEVIN TRAMM parcel that is occupied by one single family house and one detached <br />CONSTRUCTION accessory building, both of which are in poor condition. He explained that <br />the proposed lot split would create two single family residential lots, and <br />the applicant has indicated that if the subdivision is approved, all existing <br />structures on the property would be demolished. The City Planner stated <br />that Mr. Tramp has stated that he hopes to build two new single-family <br />houses here. <br />The City Planner stated that the subject property is zoned R-1, Single <br />Family Residential. He noted that the proposed use is consistent with the <br />
