MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 9, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />June, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Bill Buesing <br />Mr. Al Davison <br />Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />Mr. Jeff Heikke <br />Ms. Jennifer Schletty-Flores <br />Mr. Nick Sandell <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Associate Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />MINUTES <br />The March 10, 2016 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />2947 & 2959 <br />The Associate Planner reported that James Olson has submitted a request <br />CENTERVILLE <br />for a subdivision to split 60 feet off of his property at 2947 Centerville <br />ROAD <br />Road and add 20 feet from 2959 Centerville Road to create a new 80 foot <br />SUBDIVISION — <br />wide single family parcel where he plans to build a new house for himself. <br />JAMES OLSON <br />She stated that all three of the parcels meet the zoning code minimum lot <br />width and square footage requirements, and the survey shows the new <br />perimeter drainage and utility easements. She noted that a water <br />connection for the new parcel was recently installed and there is an <br />existing sewer connection. The Associate Planner explained that the <br />grading and drainage for Parcel B will be reviewed with the building <br />permit for a new home. <br />The Associate Planner stated that the subject property is zoned R-1, Single <br />Family Residential and the proposed use is consistent with the zoning <br />
