The City
Engineer explained the options were broken up into three parts, to show
where the cost of the project was coming from. He further explained the
first section, from Little Canada Road to the City Hall Driveway was the
most basic section of sidewalk and also was the cheapest of the three
sections because of the relatively flat land. This section would cost
approximately $23,000. The City Engineer also noted the first section
would include a pedestrian ramp where the sidewalk meets the driveway.
The City Engineer reported section 2, running from the city driveway to
the park entrance, was estimated to cost $44,000, including all the
necessary costs required regardless of where the sidewalk was placed. The
costs were further broken down to show the options for section 2. The City
Engineer reasoned there were three options of where to place the sidewalk.
MINUTES
NOEL DRIVE
SIDEWALK
REPORT
