MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 26, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />October, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Associate Planner <br />City Clerk <br />Cable TV Technician <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-10-174 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCTOBER 12, 2016 WORESHOP AND OCTOBER 12, 2016 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Keis stated that elections are coming up and residents can vote now at City <br />Hall or by mail. Fischer stated he attended a Local League of Minnesota <br />Governments event which was a State of the Waters conference. He <br />explained that Ramsey County waters are improving, and several local <br />lakes have received A and B grades for clarity. He noted that a lot of steps <br />have been taken over the last 30 to 40 years to be better stewards of our <br />
