MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 26, 2016 <br />Mr. Erdmanis stated there has always been some aggregate on the site since <br />before he came. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2016-10-179 -APPROVE HAVING CITY STAFF <br />DRAFT FINDINGS OF DENIAL FOR THE APPEAL TO BE <br />CONSIDERED AT THE NOVEMBER 30, 2016 CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING, AND ENCOURAGE MR. ERDMANIS TO MEET WITH <br />CITY STAFF FOR FURTHER DIS C USSION ON A RESOLUTION. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (4). <br />Nays (1). Torkelson. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Fischer, to adjourn as the Board of <br />Adjustment and Appeals and reconvene as City Council. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2016-10-180 - TABLE THE PUBLIC HEARING AND <br />DISCUSSION OF THE ZONING CODE APPEAL BYERDMANIS, <br />LLP, FOR 32 SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD UNTIL NOVEMBER <br />30, 2016. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0).
