MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 26, 2016 RESOLUTION 2016-10-181 -ADOPT ORDINANCE 806 THAT AMENDS CHAPTER 915 OF THE ZONING CODE BY ESTABLISHING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT "E' The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Aye (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CONSENT McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: AGENDA RESOL UTION NO. 2016-10-182 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS *APPROVE SUPPLEMENTAL #2 FOR CHANGE ORDERS FOR CENTERVILLE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS *A UTHORIZE ADVERTISING FOR COMMISSION VACANCIES The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CALL FOR The City Administrator stated that the Council must declare costs and order ASSESSMENT the preparation of the assessment roles for the 2015 and 2016 street HEARINGS FOR improvement projects. He noted that the interest rate will be at 4.25% with 2015 AND 2016 a 10 year repayment plan. He stated that the assessed amount for Demont STREET Avenue is $62,109.69, Morrison Avenue is $80,429.85, Aspen Circle is IMPROVEMENT $70,018.48, Centerville Road is $451,729.08, South Owasso Boulevard is PROJECTS $377,497.83, and Country Drive is $214,773.27. He stated the Council should set hearing dates as described in the City Engineer's report. There was Council consensus to set November 21, 2016, starting at 5:30pm for the assessment hearings. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 2016-10-183 - DECLARE COSTS AND ORDER THE PREPARATION OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLE, AND CALL FOR ASSESSMENT HEARINGS ON NOVEMBER 21, 2016 FOR THE 2015 AND 2016 STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
