MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 30, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 30th day of <br />November, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Associate Planner <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Finance Director Ms. Sharon Provos <br />City Clerk Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Cable TV Technician Mr. Kevin Helander <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-11-204—APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 14, 2016 SPECIAL MEETING, NOVEMBER 16, <br />2016 WORKSHOP AND NOVEMBERI6, 2016 REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PRESENTATION: Keis stated that special guest Senator Bev Scalze was invited to the Council <br />RECOGNITION meeting tonight in order for the City of Little Canada to recognize her <br />OF SENATOR many years of public service. He noted that she has been a long-time Little <br />BEV SCALZE Canada resident, served on the City Council for twenty-four years, and <br />twelve years in the legislature.
