Staff is recommending the hearings be scheduled <br />for either the evening of Thursday, November 17th or Monday, November 21st at the <br />following times: <br /> <br />5:30 p.m. - Imp. No. 2015-03 Country Drive (200 feet east of Rice Street to <br />the railroad tracks) - Reclaim and pave with storm sewer <br />improvements. <br /> <br />5:45 p.m. - Imp. No. 2015-02 South Owasso Boulevard (Rice Street to <br />Country Drive) - Reclaim & Pave with storm sewer improvements. <br /> <br />6:00 p.m. - Imp. No. 2015-01 Centerville Road (Little Canada Road to 800 <br />feet west of Edgerton) – Reconstruction, Mill & Overlay, Reclaim & <br />Pave. <br /> <br />6:20 p.m. - Imp. No. 2016-03 Aspen Circle (County Road D to County Road <br />D) - Reclaim and pave. <br /> <br />6:40 p.m. - Imp. No. 2016-01 Demont Avenue (McMenemy Street to Savage <br />Lane) – Reclaim and pave. <br /> <br />7:00 p.m. - Imp. No. 2016-02 Morrison Street (Demont Avenue to south end) <br />– Reclaim and pave. <br /> <br /> <br />We would ask the City Council to approve one of the dates so that the necessary <br />noticing can occur.
