MnDOT mad the three <br />changes per your comments. I do want to clarify that we believe the first one was more relevant to <br />section 2.2 not section 2.3. Also after talking to the MnDOT lawyers we cannot write into the <br />contract that you have the ability/authority to talk to the contractor as that isn’t how any of our <br />master contracts work, but we did write in that you have access to the construction staff and they <br />need to work with you. I’ve contacted them and they are aware of this change. Lastly we eliminated <br />the termination clause. <br /> <br />Let me and Joel know when you have signed it and he can proceed to take the copies I dropped off <br />to him to Council. <br /> <br />If there are any questions or concerns please call me.
