The purpose of the PUD “F” District is to provide <br />for Handicap Accessibility Mobility services which include Motor Vehicle Sales and Minor Repair <br />with limited outdoor storage, and a combination of multi-tenant retail sales and services at 2940 Rice <br />Street, Parcel ID Number 062922230008. <br /> <br />A. Permitted Uses. The following shall constitute permitted uses in the PUD “F” District <br />and shall be allowed by right, subject to compliance with all of the applicable regulations of the Little <br />Canada zoning ordinance and other applicable ordinances, laws, and regulations, unless specifically <br />modified by the requirements of this District. <br /> <br />1.
