<br /> <br />B. Accessory Uses. The following shall be permitted accessory uses to an established <br />principal use within the PUD District: <br /> <br />1. Signs according to the requirements of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Section 903.110, and <br />according to plans submitted to and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />3. Outdoor Storage of Motor Vehicles awaiting Accessibility/Mobility Service Repair, according <br />to plans submitted to, limited to up to eight vehicles, and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />C. Amendments. Proposed amendments as to land use, performance standards, site and building <br />plans, and other changes from that approved by the Little Canada City Council at the time of adoption <br />of this Zoning District shall be processed according to the requirements of Little Canada Zoning <br />Ordinance Section 921. <br /> <br />D. Parking area use. The six parking spaces to the south of the building shall be utilized solely for <br />handicap accessible motor vehicles on display, the parking along the west side of the property will be <br />for customer and employee passenger vehicles only, the parking spaces on the east side of the building <br />are a combination of up to eight customer vehicles awaiting service subject to outdoor storage approval <br />and employee and customer vehicles during business hours. No overnight parking shall be permitted <br />with the exception of up to fourteen vehicles in the designated locations as shown on the approved site <br />plan. <br /> <br />E. Other Conditions. All requirements of City Council Resolution Number ________ shall be <br />applicable at all times, subject to amendments approved by subsequent City Council amending <br />resolutions. All other requirements of the Little Canada City Code, including those of the Little <br />Canada Zoning Ordinance shall apply to the uses and activities of this zoning district, except as may be <br />modified by the terms of this Section. <br />
