The Improvement Project consists of the improvement of Labore Avenue <br />(Jackson Street to the west cul-de-sac), and Rose Place and Lake Shore Avenue (Lake <br />Street to Jackson Street) by full reconstruction along with full depth reclamation of <br />Vanderbie Street. The expansion of the Fire Hall lot and installation of the sidewalk <br />along Noel Drive from Little Canada Road to the City Hall driveway was also included in <br />the project. <br /> <br />Bids are to be received by 10:00 a.m., March 22, 2017 and we will provide an update to <br />the council agenda packet for that nights meeting. The addition to the agenda will <br />provide a summary of the bids received and general thoughts as to the competitiveness <br />of the bids.
