The circulation plan is revised to provide for adequate turn-around options at the east <br />end of the private roadway. <br /> <br />4. The circulation plan is revised to provide for a minimum of 4 visitor parking stalls. Such <br />stalls must be screened from the residential property to the south. <br /> <br />5. The landscaping plan is revised to add complete details of the planting areas, including <br />shrub plantings, and all groundcovers on the site. <br /> <br />6.
