MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 22, 2017 <br />part of the on-call rotation as soon as the new hire is ready, or no later than <br />October 1St <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2017-3-49 —APPROVAL OF THE ON-CALL PAY, <br />NOT TO EXTEND PAST OCTOBER 1, 2017, AS OUTLINED IN THE <br />CITYADMINISTRATOR'S STAFF REPORT. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADOPT <br />The City Administrator explained that at the last Council Workshop there <br />ORDINANCE 810, <br />was a discussion with the Fire Chief and Fire Marshal, who recommended <br />ADOPTING <br />several code amendments to snake the City Code be consistent with the <br />AMENDMENTS <br />2015 Minnesota State Fire Code, along with updates to other burning and <br />TO THE FIRE <br />fire -related regulations. <br />CODE <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-3-50 —ADOPTING ORDINANCE 810, <br />AMENDING CHAPTERS 600,1400 AND 2000 OF THE CITY CODE <br />RELATIONG TO THE FIRE CODE AND B URNING <br />REGULATIONS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />OTHER Torkelson stated that he wanted to thank the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />BUSINESS Department for their quick response and help with his Grandmother who <br />recently had an emergency health situation. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:16 p.m. <br />John .
