Therefore, <br />unless the proposal has changed, he struggles with the why the Council should <br />review the matter again. <br />AI Mentes reported that one of the neighbors had expressed concern that he <br />was in the auto repair business, and that was the reason that neighbors opposed <br />his original proposal.
