MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 12, 2017 <br />gambling. Assistant Chief Boss presented a check to the City in the <br />amount of $47,141.61 to be put in to the City's fire equipment fund. <br />The Council expressed their appreciated to the Department for their on- <br />going commitment to the community and their continued financial support <br />of Fire Department operations. <br />Keis read the resolution proclaiming National Police Week as May 14-20, <br />2017 in Little Canada, and thanking law enforcement, with special <br />recognition of the Ramsey County Sheriff s Department. <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-4-52 — APPROVING THE RESOL UTION <br />PROCLAIMING MAY 14-20, 2017 AS NATIONAL POLICE WEEK IN <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-4-53 —APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*CALL FOR A WORKSHOP ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 10, 2017AT <br />6.00PM TO MEET WITH THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />*ADOPT ORDINANCE 811, ESTABLISHING PUD DISTRICT "F" <br />FOR HANDICAP MOBILITY SER VICES <br />*APPROVAL OFA BID FROM CTV FOR VIDEO PRODUCTION OF <br />SUMMER YOUTH BALL GAMES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BENEFITS The City Administrator explained that per the City's contract with the <br />INCREASE FOR Little Canada Fire Department, there is an agreement for benefit increases <br />LITTLE CANADA for the Relief Association that runs from 2015 through 2019. He reported <br />FIRE that the Fire Department has requested a benefit increase of $80 per year <br />DEPARTMENT of service to the current benefit level of $3,300 per year of service. He <br />stated that based on compliance with the agreement, Staff recommends <br />2 <br />
