MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 26, 2017 <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-4-64 —APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR AN 8 FOOT TALL SPECIAL PURPOSE FENCE <br />AT 2680-2688 RICE STREET AS PRESENTED, SUBJECT TO THE <br />CONDITIONS STATED IN THE STAFF REPORT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2017-4-65 —APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR AN 8 FOOT TALL SPECIAL PURPOSE FENCE <br />ONA 25 FOOT LONG SECTION ON 2650 RICE STREET, AS <br />SHOWN IN THE STAFF REPORT, TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE <br />PROPERTY OWNER OF 2650 RICE STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (1) (McGraw). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour asked why there was only one application and two conditional <br />usepermits approved for two different properties. The City Planner stated <br />that it is not uncommon to have multiple property owners work together <br />on one application. McGraw wanted clarification that CVS understood <br />what they agreed to with the fence maintenance.
