Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED <br />Keis stated that the Council is calling for a closed session as authorized <br />SESSION- <br />under State Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3, to discuss an offer relative to the <br />CONSIDER <br />City's sale of properties at 53 and 167 South Owasso Boulevard. <br />OFFER TO <br />PURCHASE 53 & <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />167 SOUTH <br />OWASSO <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2017-4-72 — TEMPORARILYADJOURNING THE <br />BOULEVARD <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council convened into closed session at 8:32 p.m. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-4-73 —ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />SESSIONAND RECONVENING THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The regular Council meeting was reconvened at 8:55 p.m. <br />Keis reported that the Council discussed a Letter of Intent for the potential <br />sale of 53 and 167 South Owasso Boulevard and provided staff with <br />direction relative to a response to the offer for these properties. The City <br />Administrator stated that this will come before the Council at a future <br />meeting if an agreement is reached. <br />McGraw congratulated Little Canada resident, Maggie Nichols, on her <br />recent National Championship win with the University of Oklahoma <br />gymnastics team. <br />9 <br />
