PAUL ACADEMYAND SUMMIT SCHOOL) <br />*APPROVE PARTIAL PAYMENT #9 AND SUPPLEMENTAL <br />AGREEMENT #5A TO HARDRIVES, INC. FOR 2015 STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SHED The Parks & Recreation/Community Services Manager explained that <br />REMOVAL AT Staff and the Parks Commission are recommending that the small brown <br />THE SKATE storage shed next to the skating park be removed. He noted that the shed <br />PARK is in need of maintenance and has continually been the target of graffiti <br />and vandalism. He stated that the content inside of the shed are minimal <br />and can be stored in other city facilities. He reported that there is a Little <br />Canada resident interested in obtaining the shed for their own use, but if <br />they do not take it, Staff will remove and dispose of the shed by June 1, <br />2017. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-5-76—APPROVING THE REMOVAL OF <br />THE STORAGE SHED AT THE SKATE PARK BY JUNE 1, 2017, AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SAVAGE LAKE The City Administrator reported that the deadline to complete the survey <br />ACCESS about possibly creating an access to Savage Lake was April 30. Staff has <br />SURVEY now compiled the results; 36% of respondents would like the access, 63 % <br />RESULTS of respondents do not want the access, and one did not care as long as it <br />did not cost them anything.
