MINUTES OF THL REGULAR MEUTING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 13, 2002 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Mim~esota was held on the 13th day of February, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael 1. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr, Michael 1. Fahey Ms. Beverly Scalze Mr. Jim LaValle Mr. Matt Anderson Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT City Administrator City Attorney City Planner Public Works Dir. Accounting Supvr. Cable TV Producer Deputy Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Patrick Sweeney Mr. Steve Grittman Mr. Greg Schroeder Ms. Shelly Rueckert Mr. Jeremy Brodin Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTIUN N0. 2002-2-21 -APPROVING TIDE MINUTES OF THE ./ANUARY 23, 2002 WORXSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE .IANUARY 23, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING AS SUBMITTED fhe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Montow~, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ALCOHOL Mr. Dave Cossack, Gordies' Place, appeared before the Council relative VIOLATION to a violation of the City's ordinance in that an alcohol sale occurred at Gordies' to an under aged patron. It was noted that the bartender making the sale had been charged criminally and was remanded to a diversion program. Council reviewed the penalties that the City has imposed on liquor establishments for other first-time offenses and agreed that a similar penalty should be imposed in this instance.
