MINUTES OF THL REGULAR MEUTING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 13, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Mim~esota was held on the 13th day of February, 2002 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor Michael 1. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Ms. Shelly Rueckert <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTIUN N0. 2002-2-21 -APPROVING TIDE MINUTES OF THE <br />./ANUARY 23, 2002 WORXSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />.IANUARY 23, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />fhe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Montow~, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ALCOHOL Mr. Dave Cossack, Gordies' Place, appeared before the Council relative <br />VIOLATION to a violation of the City's ordinance in that an alcohol sale occurred at <br />Gordies' to an under aged patron. It was noted that the bartender making the <br />sale had been charged criminally and was remanded to a diversion program. <br />Council reviewed the penalties that the City has imposed on liquor <br />establishments for other first-time offenses and agreed that a similar penalty <br />should be imposed in this instance. <br />
