UTION NO. 20//2-2-22 - IMPOSING A $100.00 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE FINE AC;AINST GORDIES' PLACE FOR ALCOHOL <br />VIOLATION AND SUSPEND/NG THE FINE' SHOULD NO OTHER <br />VIOLAT/ON.S OCCUR OVER THE NE,VT YEAR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2002-2-23 -APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The Foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Scalze, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CD6G RANKING Mrs. Scalze introduced the Following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-3-24 -APPROVING THE COMMUNITY <br />DF. VE/_OPMENT BLOCK GRANT RATING A,S RECOMMENDED 13Y <br />%'HE C/TY ADM/NISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />R. A. MOR'T'ON Ron Morton, R. A. Morton Development, appeared before the Council to <br />R>/DEVELOP- discuss his redevelopment project proposed for the northeast corner of <br />M1iN'1' Rice Street and Little Canada Road. Morton noted that he attended the <br />PROJECT Council's workshop earlier this evening at which redevelopment proposals <br />were reviewed for the southeast comer of this intersection. Morton stated that <br />in response to the proposals submitted this evening, he would agree that there <br />is a good market for housing at the present time while the otirce market is not <br />strong. Morton also noted that he has approached US Bank about the <br />redevelopment oi'their site and was told no. Morton stated that he agreed with <br />the two-story theme that was suggested for the northeast corner and also <br />agreed that the redevelopment on both corners needs to be coordinated. <br />
