MINUTCS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY l3, 2002 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montow~. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Montour, Fahey, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. <br />"fhe Council considered the applications of Christopher Gatzke and James <br />Fleischhacker for the Planning Commission. By unanimous ballot of the <br />Council, Christopher Gatzke was appointed to the Commission. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2002-2-29 -APPOINTING CHRISTOPHER GATZKE <br />TO THE PI_ANN/NG COMMIS'SION FOR A TERM 13EGINN/NG APRIL, <br />2002 THROUGH DECEM73F.R 31, 2(103 <br />'T'he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Montour, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.4OLUTION NO. 2002-Z-30 - AD./OURN/NG <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Montour, Scalze, LaValle, Anderson. <br />Nays (0).
