<br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 811 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 915 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR <br />AMENDMENTS TO ESTABLISH PUD ZONING DISTRICT “F”. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Section 915, known <br />as PUD Zoning District, to add Section 915.090, PUD Zoning District “F”, by adding the <br />underlined material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />915.090. PUD ZONING DISTRICT “F”. The purpose of the PUD “F” District is to <br />provide for Handicap Accessibility Mobility services which include Motor Vehicle Sales and <br />Minor Repair with limited outdoor storage, and a combination of multi-tenant retail sales and <br />services at 2940 Rice Street, Parcel ID Number 062922230008. <br /> <br />A. Permitted Uses. The following shall constitute permitted uses in the PUD “F” District <br />and shall be allowed by right, subject to compliance with all of the applicable regulations <br />of the Little Canada zoning ordinance and other applicable ordinances, laws, and <br />regulations, unless specifically modified by the requirements of this District. <br /> <br />1. Handicap Accessibility Motor Vehicle Sales (subject to Handicap Accessibility <br />Mobility Vehicle Sales - City and State licensing) <br />2. Accessibility/Mobility Service Repair – Minor (subject to Accessibility/Mobility <br />Service Repair - City license) <br />3. Antique or gift shop <br />4. Art and school supplies <br />5. Barber Shop <br />6. Beauty Parlors <br />7. Bicycle sales and repair <br />8. Books, office supplies or stationary stores <br />9. Camera and photographic supplies <br />10. Carpet, rugs and tile <br />11. Coin and philatelic stores <br />12. Electrical appliance stores including incidental repair and assembly, but not <br />fabricating or manufacturing <br />13. Employment Agencies <br />14. Florist shop <br />15. Furniture stores
