Office-warehouse as defined by this ordinance <br />27. Office-showroom as defined by this ordinance <br />28. Paint and wallpaper sales <br />29. Piano/Musical Instruments <br />30. Real Estate Sales <br />31. Sewing machine sales and service <br />32. Shoe Repair Shops <br />33. Spas and Salons <br />34. Tailor shops <br />35. Toy stores <br />36. Variety stores, sporting goods stores, and stores of similar nature <br /> <br />B. Accessory Uses. The following shall be permitted accessory uses to an established <br />principal use within the PUD District: <br /> <br />1. Signs according to the requirements of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Section 903.110, <br />and according to plans submitted to and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />2. Outdoor Storage of Motor Vehicles awaiting Accessibility/Mobility Service Repair, <br />according to plans submitted to, limited to up to eight vehicles, and approved by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />C. Amendments. Proposed amendments as to land use, performance standards, site and <br />building plans, and other changes from that approved by the Little Canada City Council <br />at the time of adoption of this Zoning District shall be processed according to the <br />requirements of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Section 921. <br /> <br />D. Parking area use. The six parking spaces to the south of the building shall be utilized <br />solely for handicap accessible motor vehicles on display, the parking along the west side <br />of the property will be for customer and employee passenger vehicles only, the parking <br />spaces on the east side of the building are a combination of up to eight customer vehicles <br />awaiting service subject to outdoor storage approval and employee and customer vehicles
