These were the outstanding issues at the time, with a <br />comment as to the status of each: <br /> <br />1. The building materials be specified to include LP siding around the sides and <br />back of the building. We have not received updated final building plans, but the <br />final PUD approval specified this and the units shown on the PUD drawings <br />included this notation. <br /> <br />2. The City Engineer reviews the infrastructure plans and find them consistent with <br />City requirements. The City Engineer has been working with the applicants on <br />engineering and will have separate review comments in this regard. <br /> <br />3. The circulation plan is revised to provide for adequate turn-around options at the <br />east end of the private roadway. The applicants have revised their site plan to <br />include a “hammer-head” turn around space at the end of the private street. It <br />would be important to post this area as “No Parking” to ensure that it remains <br />open and accessible to traffic and emergency vehicle circulation when needed. <br /> <br />4. The circulation plan is revised to provide for a minimum of 4 visitor parking stalls. <br />Such stalls must be screened from the residential property to the south. The <br />applicants have revised their roadway design to show a street width of 28 feet, <br />with on-street parking available for up to 6 vehicles along the north side of the
