The survey was mailed to all residents bound by an area consisting of I-35E on the east; Highway 36 on the south; CP Rail on the west; and County Road C/Little Canada Road on the north. We also promoted the survey on our website and newsletter. A link to Survey Monkey was provided so people could complete it on- line (one response per unique IP address).
