FOR THE PURPO.S'ES <br />OF SEI_ECTINGA DEVE/.OPER FOR THE REDEVE/.OPMENT OF <br />THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF R/CE STREET AND 1_/TTLE CANADA <br />ROAD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted, <br />R. A. MORTON The City Administrator reported that Ron Morton of R. A. Morton has <br />indicated that he is continuing to work with a potential tenant for his proposed <br />development on the northeast corner of Little Canada Road and Rice Street. <br />However, it will take some time to work through the details and determine <br />whether the tenant will proceed or not. In the meantirroe, Mr. Morton has <br />requested that the City give him exclusive development rights for this corner <br />for a period of time. <br />The Council noted the interest that both Metro Plains and Sherman & <br />Associates have expressed in this corner as well.
