MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 24, 2017 <br />PUBLIC <br />The Associate Planner reported that John Moris is the property owner of <br />HEARING- <br />the adjacent properties at 51.0 and 516 Labore Road, and he resides at 510 <br />SUBDIVISION — <br />Labore Road. She explained that Mr. Moris recently purchased 516 <br />LOT LINE <br />Lahore Road and plans to use the home for rental purposes, and wants to <br />ADJUSTMENT <br />add some of the land from 516 to his lot at 510 for landscaping and <br />AT 510 & 516 <br />gardening purposes. She noted that no changes are being proposed to the <br />LABORE <br />existing homes or garages on either parcel and all of the structures meet <br />ROAD; <br />the setback requirements. <br />APPLICANT: <br />CHLEBECK <br />JOHN MORIS <br />The Associate Planner stated it does meet the size requirements and the six <br />2 <br />foot perimeter drainage and utility easements are shown on the survey. <br />She stated that Staff recommends approval of the subdivision lot line <br />adjustment. <br />Keis asked if the parcel was compliant at 75 feet wide even though there <br />are 80 foot wide lot requirements. The Associate Planner stated that <br />properties created prior to 2008, they can be 75 feet wide and 10,000 <br />square feet when the subdivision is for three or less lots. Keis noted that <br />he did not like that Parcel B was going to be the minimum size. <br />No comments from the public. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2017-5-87—APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION - <br />LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN 510 LABORE ROAD (PIN 05- <br />29-22-31-0024) AND 516 LABORE ROAD (PIN 05-29-22-31-0023) AS <br />PRESENTED BY THE ASSOCIATE PLANNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC HEARING The Associate Planner reported that Marl-, Chlebeck has applied for a lot <br />— SUBDIVISION- <br />line adjustment between his property at 2446 McMenemy Street and the <br />LOT LINE <br />adjacent property at 2444 McMenemy Street. She stated that Glenn <br />ADJUSTMENT AT <br />Hageman is the owner of 2444 McMenemy Street, and is in agreement <br />2444 & 2446 <br />with this proposal. She explained that this lot line adjustment is being <br />MCMENEMY <br />requested in order to mal -,e the property line run parallel to Mr. Chlebeck's <br />STREET; <br />garage so that it will become compliant with building setbacks. She <br />APPLICANT: <br />stated that this will also make the adjusted property line become <br />MARK <br />CHLEBECK <br />2 <br />
