Therefore the Engineer required the installation of drain tile to provide a means of removing the water from the area. In addition the Engineer directed that flared end sections be used at the pipe inlet and outlet to allow a better transition between the pipe and swale segments. The Contract time will be revised for a final completion date of July 14, 2017 for the work in the Ryan Industrial Park area. No other revision to the contract time is made for other areas of the project except as may be provided under that Contract provisions of MN/DOT Specification 1806. The Contractor shall not make any claim of any kind or character whatsoever for any other costs or expenses which he may have incurred of which he may hereafter incur in performing the work and furnishing the materials required by this agreement.
