<br />I was instrumental in the commissioning of both switches and over 250 cell sites. <br />I have completed several upgrades/ONPs (One Night Processes). <br />I implemented Enhanced 911, Local Number Portability, and all new MVNOs. <br />I organized and implemented several STP/point code migrations as well as other equipment migrations. <br />I have written several MOPs, created databases, and written scripts. <br />I developed options, recommendations and provided cost analysis including CALEA and E911. <br />I researched, evaluated, and recommended new tools and technologies for the network. <br />Along with my other job functions, I trained my peers. <br />I was a supervisor for the network traffic personnel. <br />I was nominated for 'Outstanding Performance in a Technical Role'. <br />Network Technical Specialist, 10/1999 to 10/2000 <br />AT&T Network Services – Minneapolis, MN <br />In this position, I was part of the On-site workforce, performing maintenance and routines on the 4ESS <br />switch, 5ESS switch, transport and provisioning, building infrastructure and power, DACS, Alcatel, <br />SONET, NGLN, Frame Relay, and IP data communications. <br />I was the Local Inventory Administrator for Minneapolis. <br />I launched the Inventory program for all of AT&T Minneapolis, encouraging better visibility of equipment <br />and providing cost savings. <br />Help Desk/Manager/Trainer, 08/1995 to 10/1999 <br />AT&T Executive Services – Minneapolis, MN <br />In this position, I worked directly with customers, operations maintenance team, help desk, and specialists <br />to ensure "World Class Service". <br />In this Call Center environment, I supervised 50+ employees. <br />I investigated customer and specialist concerns. <br />Resolved, and/or escalated issues as appropriate. <br />Communicated resolutions and provided feedback. <br />I provided daily assignments, was responsible for customer escalations, and assisted in the overall operation <br />of the center. <br />I delivered specialized training, educating peers and customers. <br />I trained over 100 "off the street" new hires on AT&T policy and procedures. <br />I assisted in writing and preparing new training packages and developing enhancements. <br />I developed several databases. <br />I was on the Recognition team and Chief Editor on the Newspaper. <br />I received several "Right Direction Awards" including Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, and Integrity. <br />I received an "Imagination Award" for development of a tool used to make work more efficient.
