MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 28, 2017 <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-6-110 - APPROVE RESURFACING AND DUAL <br />STRIPING THE PIONEER PARK TENNIS COURTS ATA COST OF <br />$15,750 PLUS THE COST OF ADDING GROUND PLUGS FOR <br />HOLDING THE NET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The regular Council meeting was reconvened at 9:02 p.m. <br />The City Attorney reported that the Council discussed a letter of intent for <br />the potential sale of 53 and 167 South Owasso Boulevard and gave the <br />City Administrator authority to finalize a letter of intent with the terms <br />discussed. <br />N. <br />
