MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 12, 2017 <br />wants any changes made to the City Code be applicable to all liquor <br />license holders. There was City Council consensus to call for a Workshop <br />at 6:OOpm on July 26, 2017 to discuss liquor licensing and possible <br />changes with the City Attorney and Ramsey County Sheriff s Department. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-7-115 — CALLING FOR A COUNCIL <br />WORKSHOP ON WEDNESDAY, JUL Y26, 2017AT 6:OOPM TO <br />DISCUSS LIQUOR LICENSING AND POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS <br />TO THE LIQUOR LICENSE CITY CODE. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Torlcelson. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />HIRE The Parks & Rec/Community Services Manager explained Staff would <br />PHOTOGRAPHY like to retain the services of James Netz to take professional photographs <br />SERVICES that the City can use for the new website, city newsletter, and social <br />media. The Parks & Ree/Community Services Manager stated that Mr. <br />Netz is a local resident, and could do the photographs that Staff listed for <br />$1,500-$2,000. He noted that Mr. Netz tools photos at the recent Hot Dog <br />with a Deputy event and Pickleball demonstrations, and Staff was very <br />pleased with his work. Torlcelson stated that the Council discussed hiring <br />a professional photographer last year and he is very excited to have this <br />happen. He suggested adding St. John's Church to the list of places to be <br />photographed since it is a long standing building in the city. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION 2017-7-116 - APPROVING HIRING JAMES NETZ <br />PHOTOGRAPHYATA COST UP TO $2,000 AND WORKING OUT <br />THE TERMS FOR PAYMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONTRACT FOR The Parks & Rec/Community Services Manager explained that Staff and <br />NEW CITY <br />the Council have been discussing getting a new City website for the last <br />WEBSITE <br />few years. He stated that Staff has done a lot of research of website <br />DESIGN & <br />designers that specialize in government sites, and recommend using <br />HOSTING <br />CivicPlus for the website design and hosting services.
