<br />• Security personnel are to wear clothing that clearly identifies them as Security Personnel. <br />Said clothing shall be consistent amount all security personnel and be brightly colored to <br />make it easier for patrons and law enforcement to identify them. When in the parking <br />lot, security personnel shall also wear reflective vests, shirts, or coats that allow them to <br />be clearly identified. <br />• Hoggsbreath will establish a dress code and publicize same at the entryway of the <br />premises. <br />• Security personnel are to screen people before entering the club to ensure no weapons or <br />controlled substances enter the establishment. Screening is to include visual inspection, <br />pat downs, ID check, and wanding for metal detection. When a patron leaves the club <br />and then wants to re-enter, they shall be rescreened. Screening shall include the use of <br />metal detection wands and be done in a reasonable manner to ensure the safety of <br />patrons. <br />• Security personnel are to immediately intervene when a patron(s) is observed using a <br />controlled substance. <br />• Security personnel are expected to immediately report to the Ramsey County Sheriff <br />Office anticipated traffic safety issues, disorderly conduct, or criminal behavior that <br />might affect the safety of employees, patrons, and the surrounding community. <br />• Outside security personnel will monitor any unusual or suspicious activity outside in the <br />parking lot. <br />• At closing, outside security personnel will control and direct patrons leaving the premises <br />to ensure safe, orderly departure. <br />• All employees shall complete a responsible service course within xxx time of hire. <br />• Hoggsbreath shall not sell or distribute alcohol by the bottle under any circumstances. <br />• Hoggsbreath shall not use glass drinkware or any glass bottles during entertainment <br />events. <br />• Hoggsbreath shall discontinue entertainment by no later than 1:30 a.m. (current practice). <br />We could consider an earlier ending time for entertainment that should lead to an earlier <br />dispersal of the crown and also help alleviate noise complaints in the neighborhood. <br />• When the capacity of the establishment reaches 250 people, no additional patrols shall <br />enter unless an equal number leaves. <br />• At 1:00 a.m., no new patrons shall enter the premises. <br />The purpose of this listing is to provide some examples of possible conditions. It was gathered <br />from the City of Maplewood’s conditions on Starlight, from the City Attorney’s office, and from <br />discussions with the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department.
