MINUTES OF THE RF,GULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JOHANNA <br />MEATH <br />MINUTES <br />RECONSIDER- <br />ATION OF THE <br />MENTES CUP <br />REQUEST - <br />3058 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of March, 2002 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />MARCH 27, 2002 <br />Mayor Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />The Council observed a moment of silence in honor of Johanna Meath <br />who served as Coordinator of the 55+ Club for many years. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-3-63 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />MARCH 13, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Scalze, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the continued public hearing for the reconsideration of a <br />Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of a 36 foot by 28 foot <br />accessory garage that exceeds the maximum of 1,000 square feet total <br />garage space as requested by Al and Cindy Mentes at 3058 Greenbrier <br />Street. It was noted that the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />
