MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 9, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of <br />August, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Director <br />City Clerk <br />Cable TV Tech <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-8-128 —APPROVING MINUTES OF THE <br />JULY 26, 2017 COUNCIL WORKSHOP, THE JULY 26, 2017 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND JUL Y26, 2017 CLOSED <br />SESSIONAS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Keis announced that last weekend was another successful Canadian Days <br />celebration, and thanked everyone who attended. <br />
