As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Hardrives, Inc. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $4,151,219.59. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $93,444.45, and previous payments of $4,007,900.38, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $49,874.76. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the installation of the final lift of bituminous on <br />Spruce Street and Ryan Lane in the Ryan Industrial Park. We have inspected the work <br />performed by Hardrives, Inc, and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
