MINUTES <br />PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />September 7, 2017 <br /> <br />The Community Services Manager reported senior exercise takes place <br />year round, every Wednesday and Friday from 1:30 – 2:30 at the Old Fire <br />Hall. <br /> <br />The Community Services Manager reported SEH will be scheduling <br />individual interviews with all of the Commission members. He explained <br />Kost suggested being available at the City Hall for one day and scheduling <br />the meetings throughout the day. The Community Services manager stated <br />the interviews could also be conducted over the phone. <br /> <br />The Community Services Manager and the City Administrator met with <br />the Community Education Director for the City of Roseville. He explained <br />she was enthusiastic about creating more opportunities and will look into <br />potential ideas. <br /> <br />The Community Services Manager reported the Ice Cream Social went <br />well despite rainy weather. He explained the event was held at the Little <br />Canada Elementary School Gymnasium. <br /> <br />The Community Services Manager reported the rainwater garden at <br />Nadeau Park had to be made larger than originally planned and a tree <br />would have to be taken down.
