Standard FCC customer service provisions and reporting. <br /> <br />10. Mutually acceptable audit and dispute resolution procedures and provisions. <br /> <br />11. Indemnification. Comcast will provide indemnification from any litigation arising from <br />the passage of the Franchise for a period of 6 months following the Effective Date of the <br />Franchise. <br />ACTIONS REQUESTED <br /> <br />The NSCC recommends approval of the attached cable television franchise ordinance. The City <br />should follow its typical process for adoption of an ordinance. Assuming approval by all of the <br />member cities and acceptance by Comcast of the cable franchise, the NSCC and Comcast would <br />take action to terminate the formal cable franchise renewal process pending before the OAH. <br />
