MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 11, 2017 <br />we can earn in the market place with an investment. He noted that one <br />advantage this creates to the property owners with active Housing <br />Improvement Area assessments is they could now prepay their outstanding <br />assessments from 2019 on at any time and without penalty given the City <br />would not have any bonds tied to their assessment. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2017-10-187 APPROVING THE TERMS OFAN <br />INTERNAL LOAN IN CONNECTION WITH THE CANABURY <br />SQUARE CONDOMINIUMASSOCIATIONHOUSING <br />IMPROVEMENT AREA TO PAYOFF THE OUTSTANDING DEBT <br />FOR THE TAXABLE G. 0. HIA BONDS, SERIES 2009A, AND TAKE <br />APPROPRIATE ACTIONS TO PAY OFF THE OUTSTANDING <br />BONDS ON FEBR UARY 1, 2018 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />STUDENT Andrew Keis, a student from Cretin -Derham Hall, stated he was attending <br />VISITOR the Council meeting tonight for his U.S. Government class. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, the regular meeting was adjourned at <br />8:38 p.m. <br />i <br />Jo T.
