HIA BONDS, SERIES 2009A, AND TAKE <br />APPROPRIATE ACTIONS TO PAY OFF THE OUTSTANDING <br />BONDS ON FEBR UARY 1, 2018 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
