MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 25, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 251h day of <br />October, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Christian Torlcelson <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Finance Director <br />Ms. Sharon Provos <br />Public Works Director <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Assoc. Planner/Code Enf. <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />City Cleric <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Cable TV Tech <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES Torlcelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-10-194 — APPROVING MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 11, 2017 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />OCTOBER 17, 2017 SPECIAL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENT Torkelson stated the school district election is coming up on November 7, <br />2017. The City Cleric noted that absentee ballots and early voting will be <br />conducted by Ramsey County for this election. <br />
