MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 25, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of October, 2017 in <br />the Conference Room of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in <br />said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Assoc. He <br />COMPREHENSIVE noted that Little Canada has one of the highest percentages of rental and <br />PLAN attached housing stock in suburban Ramsey County. He explained some of the <br />expectations and information that cities receive from the Metropolitan Council, <br />and reviewed zoning and land use maps. He explained the Little Canada <br />population and household census and projection numbers that the Metropolitan <br />Council generates, but they do not include the new senior housing building. He <br />stated that the City will have discussions with the Metropolitan Council about <br />
