MINUTI/S OT THIJ REGIILAI2 MEI/TING <br />CITY CO'[JNCIL <br />LITTLT/ CANADA, MINN>/SOTA <br />Pwsuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of May, 2002 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 LitCle Canada Road in said City. <br />~9AY 7, 2002 <br />Mayor Michael I. UTION NO. 2/1/12-5-105 - APPRO ULNG I HE MINUTES OF THE <br />APRIL 24, 2002 WORKSHOP COUNCIL. MEETING AND THE APRIL. 2Q, <br />2002 RECUI,AR CO(JNCII MEETlNGASSIIl3MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Scalze, hahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TURNQUIST/ Mayor Fahey reviewed the recommendation of the Parks R Recreation <br />PALMI;N Commission relative to their interest in acquisition of the Turnquist/Palmen <br />PROPh~I2'TY property for park/open space purposes. Fahey noted that the Commission <br />would like to have a value established for the property prior to making a final <br />decision given the impact that the acquisition would have on other park <br />development needs in the City. <br />The City Administrator indicated that it will be difficult to set a value for this <br />property without Knowing ifs final development potential.
