These gifts wilt be on display at either the <br />City Center or Historical Society. <br />AI2NDT LIEN The City Administrator reported that the League of MN Cities Insurance <br />MATTER 'T'rust has changed Che City's legal representative in the Arndt lien matter <br />against RAB, Inc. to George Iloif. <br />GARDEN The City Administrator reported that Common Bond has obtained another <br />TI;RRACI; estimate for placement of a pitched roof on the existing Garden Ten ace <br />ROOK building. The first estimate was $100,000. However, this latest estimate is <br />5220,000. 'T'he Administrator reported that if the cost is X220,000, there will <br />not be enough TIF to provide assistance at that level. The Administrator <br />reported that Common E3ond has an architect Chat is preparing plans and will <br />bid the work. Once bids are obtained, a detailed TIF analysis can be done. <br />Scalze pointed out that if it is not possible to upgrade the roof on the existing <br />building, the Council's decision is to still go forward with the pitched roof on <br />the new addition. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESO/,UT/ON NO. 2002-5-111- REAFFIRMING THE DECISION OF <br />THE COUNCH.
