AI2NDT LIEN The City Administrator reported that the League of MN Cities Insurance MATTER 'T'rust has changed Che City's legal representative in the Arndt lien matter against RAB, Inc. to George Iloif. GARDEN The City Administrator reported that Common Bond has obtained another TI;RRACI; estimate for placement of a pitched roof on the existing Garden Ten ace ROOK building. The first estimate was $100,000. However, this latest estimate is 5220,000. 'T'he Administrator reported that if the cost is X220,000, there will not be enough TIF to provide assistance at that level. The Administrator reported that Common E3ond has an architect Chat is preparing plans and will bid the work. Once bids are obtained, a detailed TIF analysis can be done. Scalze pointed out that if it is not possible to upgrade the roof on the existing building, the Council's decision is to still go forward with the pitched roof on the new addition.
